Obituary

Daniel Gale Jackson (Danny), passed on June 26, 2020, was born December 14, 1945 to the late Minnie and Daniel Jackson. He attended Florence and Jamestown schools. Daniel retired from the Town of Jamestown in 2011. He is preceded in death by both parents Minnie & Daniel Jackson, sister & brother-in-law, Mary & John Taylor. He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Debra Jackson of 39 years, daughter Angela (Willie) Byers of High Point and Natasha (Michael) Scott of Greensboro, sons Darrell (Kellie) Jackson of High Point and Danny E. Jackson of the home. 1 Granddaughter Courtney (Antonio) Hall, 7 Grandsons Malik Scott, Jaylen Scott, Darrell Jackson II, Daniel (Ashlyn) Jackson, Branden Jackson, Jayden Jackson & Terrell Carpenter, 2 Great-Grandsons Jackson Hall, and Ashton Hall, 1 Brother George (Lucille) Jackson, a very special cousin Keither Strickland, and 1 Stepson Chris Gray.

Family & Friends will gather @ 1703 Franklin Avenue. There will be a private service held on Saturday, July 4, 2020.

Services and arrangements are being handled by Triad Cremation & Funeral Service in Greensboro, NC.

    Daddy I love you so much. I know you are in a better place and you're not in pain anymore. I know I have to let you go and rest, however, my heart and mind will not agree.  When you get a chance from talking with Grandma and Grand dad please pay me a visit and tell me you are ok, so I can let you go and rest and be with GOD. I love you and I still struggle with letting go. In the meantime, watch over me please. I love you so much, continue to rest in peace and until we meet again, you will forever be in my heart.
