Franklin Latrel Connally also known as Ra’quel was born May 22, 1995, to the parents of Rhonda Latrice Connally and Michael Leon Connally Sr. Ra’quel was the youngest of the three siblings.
On the evening of June 4th, 2022, Ra’quel gained her wings and transitioned from mortality to immortality.
Her smile was so beautiful it would light up the room and her charismatic attitude was so inspiring that it embraced and touched many families and friends. Ra’quels bond with her mother and brother was unbreakable that no one would come between them, and she loved them with all her heart. Anyone who knew Ra’quel knew that she found laughter in almost everything, she enjoyed singing, dancing, eating and fashion. She believed that you should live life to the fullest and make the best out of every situation.
Raquel attended Guilford County Schools where she formed everlasting relationships. Raquel was a cosmetologist and esthetician and took pride in all her work.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Jeanette B. Phifer, and nephew Amari Leon Connally.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Rhonda Latrice Connally, (Jerald Brown Sr.), Father Michael Leon Connally Sr., Brother Michael Leon Connally Jr., Sister Brittany Artis, Grandfather Jerry Franklin Phifer Sr., nephews Michael, Aidan, Akeem, Marley, and A’don Connally, nieces Morghan, and Aubrey Connally. And special people who held a place in her heart, Shaunta, Salone, Sherri, Kee’ana, Michelle and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and special friends.
