To the Family of Shakina Dillard.  Shakina was a true example of kindness and love.  I truly respected her very much.  She was such a professional.  My heart hurts because she is gone.  Rest in peace, Shakina. You will truly be missed by all that know you.  Helen

To the Dillard and Badgett Families:
Shakina was a wonderful colleague who I had the pleasure of working with at NC A&T. She was a premiere professional and exhibited an excellent spirit in all she did. My heart is saddened to hear of her passing yet grateful that I had the opportunity to meet such a beautiful soul. May God comfort you and give you strength today and the days ahead.

We want to leave you all our love and heartfelt condolences.
Right now we are all united in the same pain. Your pain is our pain, because there is no feeling more painful than losing someone you really love. (Romans 12:15b)
May God take care of your family and give you a lot of strength to endure this moment, knowing that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
